Infinity Showcase December 2022 Releases!

Corvus Belli isn't that far into November and they have already started showing off the releases coming to Infinity in 2022. A few new expansion packs and characters are on the way for a variety of factions in Corvus Belli's 28mm Sci-Fi wargame.

Morat Expansion Pack Alpha // Infinity

The first of the sets we're looking at is for the Morat who get themselves a new set of frontline troops that aren't afraid of a little oncoming fire. This set comes with a Zerat with Boarding Shotgun, Dropsuit Taryot with Boarding Shotgun and a Rindak Paramedic with Submachine Gun. Corvus Belli has mentioned that this might be a neat way to expand on the Morat Aggression Forces Action Pack.

Moving away from the Morat, we also have some equally hardy individuals for Ariadna. Here we have the Scots Guard!

Scots Guard // Infinity

The Scots Guard have come from the Caledonian Armed Forces and bring together the Highlander traditions of their unit with the sneaky tricks and traps of the SAS Commandos. Armed with a myriad of deadly weapons that could be used to take on infantry or something as fearsome as a TAG, this set seems great for those who want to add a sneaky, backstabbing element to their Ariadna collection.

Now, we come to my favourite of the December miniatures. I have always been enamoured with the awesome were-creatures of Ariadna/Infinity and so it was awesome to see McMourrough, Mercenary Dog-Warrior get added into the mix for next month.

McMurrough Mercenary Dog-Warrior // Infinity

This fellow is a deadly killer who can bound across the battlefield in a few strides and uses his deadly reaction time to be able to bring down the enemy before they know what has hit them.

This fellow can be used as a mercenary in your army list although, of course, you'll have noticed the Ariadna/Highlander vibes. He is also one of the thermoplastic miniatures from Corvus Belli using the SioCast system.

Last but not least, we have the Moran, Maasai Hunters set.

This set comes with a band of scouts that can be used to head forward behind enemy lines and bring back intelligence for you. The set comes with six miniatures including one Moran with a Combi-Rifle and another with a Boarding Shotgun (gotta love those shotguns). There are also four CrazyKoalas included allowing you to take control of the tabletop. The CrazyKoalas are also very good at just causing havoc and chaos, distracting your opponents.
