October 12, 2018 by brennon
The new reveal trailer for Corvus Belli's Third Offensive Expansion has been popped up onto the internet. Come and take a peek at what the future of Infinity holds.
Check out the trailer below and see what pops up and catches your eye.
It looks like we're going to be seeing plenty of new armies, new units, new rules and plenty of additional narrative thrown into the ring with this expansion. Anything that develops the story more going forward is well worth paying attention to I reckon.
Let us know what you're thinking!

Well…naturally I’m interested 🙂
They allways have stunning figure’s.
Seems good.
Looking forward to the Invincible Army sectorial – they’re what I’ve been waiting for ever since I bought Red Veil.
Never really seen the appeal of Infinity. Miniatures are bit dull and the actual play games seemed rather tedious.
Dull minis?! I can imagine people not liking Infinity for several different reasons, but dull minis never even occurred to me as a possible reason. How do you mean they’re dull?
A bit bland and generic. That all look so similar that identifying them on the battlefield would be a pain. I’m not fond of the bodysuits look they seem to use. And the whole setting it a bit to ‘clean and shiny’. I prefer more ‘second hand universe look’ like Firefly or Star Wars.
Lol…. as if star wars isnt clean and shiny. any stormtrooper battallion would comprise of like 2-3 different versions of the same armor at best if it werent for the series/comics. Furthermore you might have infinity from a few years back in your head. current minis are far more defined. yes a panO heavy infantry will look alike no matter the sector army you play it in. BUT every version of them will have sector specific changes to the base version (coats, fur, helmets, gear, plating, lights). Compared to factions that are culturally related to pano, the hi armor will… Read more »
@pagan8th – I get you might not see the appeal of the Infinity game mechanics, but to say the minis are dull seems like you are trolling! Well I guess you got a response 🙂
@spaced2020 I said I find the miniatures dull… it’s neither right nor wrong… just an opinion…
having an opinion different than yours is not trolling
Different opinions are all good, yours was a bit like saying I find cars all look the same 😀
I don’t drive and have no interest in modern cars, many of which look alike to me 🙂
lol – I must admit we probably have the same interest in modern cars then! 😀
Out of curiosity, if you aren’t a fan of Infinity miniatures, what style of minis do you prefer?
Those certainly are some opinions. Infinity models certainly have a style, which others might not like (thankfully they seem to release less of the problematic). Rules wise, I’ve not seen that criticism of them being tedious before. I can understand how they might be overwhelming when starting out (because there are so many) and that can lead to situations where you get surprised by a rule, but I guess that can be countered by playing with nice people. I’m relatively new to the rules, as is my friend, but I give him a heads up about things prior to the… Read more »
Great stuff
awww… maaaan i haven’t finished painting coldfront yet, you can’t make me buy again CB..
wait, you can. 😉
I wonder what the Nomads are going to get.
the Million dollar question on my mind; WHAT IS THAT NEW ALIEN SPECIES miniature that comes as the pre-order bonus with the book??? Will we be seeing more of them?
I’d guess they’re the Helots on Varuna.
Nearly preorder time. So many new sectorials in the last book and this one looks even more exciting!
