“Removed from Play” does NOT ignore “tough”. You get the tough roll when you are boxed. The one thing I think you guys forgot to take into account is “Geomancy” on the woldwarden. It allows a lot of those spells (gallows, crevasse) to be arced very cheaply. Not a domination release, but something very handy. 🙂
Actually tough activates when a model gets disabled which comes before being boxed. They also didn’t mention that if you take any baldur without megalith you using him wrong and with megalith you’ll regenerate health every turn. Also Grayle with a woldwarden or two you can have upto four solos turned into powerhouses each turn 1 upkeep storm rager from last turn 2 & 3 woldwardens cast it 4 Grayle casts it And lastly they said that crevasse was a spray but its RNG 8 that generates a spray 8 template when a model is boxed, all models under the… Read more »

As for Baldur, the wurm tokens are a bit of gimmick. But at the same time if you have Megalith in the force (and if you are playing Baldur, then you WILL have Megalith) the affinity means that on average, you are suffering no ill effects for the first 3 turns of the game. It is only at turn 4 are the wurm tokens starting to just outstrip Megaliths ability to freely heal Baldur…..enter Shifting Stones. Which again, any and all Orboros lists should have a unit of these things.. The other thing to consider is most games are over… Read more »
