WoFun & Peter Dennis Get Nautical With Upcoming Set
August 28, 2020 by brennon
Peter Dennis and WoFun Games have joined forces once again on a new project which is going nautical. A new set is coming soon called Armada which will feature a book and all of the flat miniatures that you need to play out a clash on the high seas.
Armada Preview // WoFun Games
According to the little preview that we saw earlier in the week it seems like their main focus, to begin with, is going to be a clash between the English and the Spanish and you'll find that the set will eventually come with the ships that you see here, sea and land terrain elements and also the rules for playing a game.
Armada Preview // WoFun Games
As well as this little preview of what's coming first, the plan is to also look at other famous battles including Trafalgar. So, the plan is to build up quite a nice collection of nautical miniatures in this flat format so you can play out plenty of games without having to fiddle with little ships and rigging!
Armada Full Collection // WoFun Games
It looks like there is a great partnership developing between Peter Dennis and WoFun Games in order to try and make accessible wargames for people to dive into. All you need to do is pop out the miniatures, slot them into their bases and you're ready to go. I am very interested to see the final set and what else WoFun have planned.
Are you going to be keeping an eye on this release?

This is great. If they expand beyond this Armada setting I’d be very interested in picking these up.

This sounds like something I would really like to get into. Please keep us updated on release dates, new sets, etc. Thank you for the great job in letting us know about pending new game releases.
