Pre-Order Firelock Games’ Blood & Crowns Rules + Accessories

Firelock Games are now taking pre-orders for the Blood & Crowns Rulebook alongside a host of additional accessories to help you get started in this 28mm Medieval wargame.

For those not in the know, Blood & Crowns is a 28mm skirmish game set during the Late Medieval period in Western Europe. Based around the Hundred Years' War, you will be able to dive in and play various skirmishes, raids, sallies, acts of piracy and more in small-scale engagements. The idea is that you're playing out the fights that happened between the HUGE battles like Crecy and Agincourt.

There is much more focus on the individual warrior and their heroics on the tabletop. It's all blood, mud, guts and dented armour. The perfect space for you to have fun with notable figures from the period of Barons and more of your own creation.

Blood & Crowns Accessories

Blood & Crowns is a miniature agnostic game meaning that you can use whatever figures you like. We'd suggest the lovely Perry Miniatures range for the period. To that end, you only really need a few accessories from Firelock Games and then away you go.

Blood & Crowns Unit Deck // Firelock Games

First up, there is the Unit Deck which comes with fourteen Faction Cards, twelve Leader Cards, three Retinue Cards and twenty-four Unit Cards. Use this to get your army together and help keep an eye on them during the course of gameplay.

There is also the Activation Deck.

This set comes with a selection of fifty-two poker-sized Activation Cards which are themed to work with Blood & Crowns. They feature the information you need for gameplay and activations on them and are presented in a "Medieval" style.

Last but not least, there is also the Token Sheet which comes with all of the relevant tokens that you'd need for the game.

This set also comes with a ruler for use in gameplay as well. It's always nice to have themed tokens for a game rather than using generic crystals or coins. A nice way to keep you "in world".
