Wargames Foundry Delve Into Central Africa
July 29, 2011 by dracs
Wargames Foundry have released a new rule book for all you history buffs looking to play out the battles which took place in darkest Africa.
This will allow players to recreate the colonisation of Africa during the 19th Century, with rules for both tribal and colonial forces, miniatures of which can also be bought from Wargames Foundry.
So whether you want to conquer Africa for King and Country or defend your homes against the colonial forces, this rule set will tell you how to do it.
Will any of you be considering picking up a copy? What kind of army would you be tempted to play?
I’ll be adding this to my library. Chris Peers knows this topic inside out and is good at picking up on the bits that will make interesting tabletop games (as he is a gamer himself). It’s also the time of the original Boys Own Adventures, and is doubtless full of Ripping Yarns 🙂
I smell an Isandlwana battle on the horizon
damn it im going to have to watch zulu now!
