Take Shelter Behind Tercio Creativo’s Barricades
April 27, 2012 by dracs
Tercio Creativo have previewed their first copies of their new Outside the Walls terrain pieces. Check them out and see what you think.
These barricade pieces are perfect for filling empty patches of the battle field and provide your troops with some form of temporary shelter. While they appear to be for use in primarily historical based games, such as Tercio Creativo's own 1650, they could easily be made a part of any battlefield you'd care to think of. Except maybe a volcanic planet, doubt there would be much wood there.

Lots of historical and fantasy gaming benefits here, blocking sight in skirmishes and blocking movement in mass battles. They have a good ramshackle look as though they were hastily erected. Anyone planning on taking Empire to next year’s Adepticon might consider putting these in front of dishevelled and battle-scarred regiments on a display board with a matte painting of a city in flames behind it – call it ‘The Last Stand Of Nuln’ or something.
Something about them that I like. They could be used for post apoc as well.
Would definitely like them for Freebooters
or Cutlass, if the quallity is anything like the minis them self VERY good stuff
I like these they have a lot of uses unlike a lot of others on the market which usually have something in the middle of the barricade that puts it firmly in a certain time zone.
Once again, Tercio comes through for Mordheim lovers. Great job; now, I just wish they’d rerelease their old wall sections…
