See the first casting of the Tercio Creativo Polvorin
October 19, 2011 by beerogre
Take a look at the first casting of the new terrain peice for the 1650 game by Tercio Creativo... the Polvorin.
Apparently a Polvorin is a shed or primitive bunker used to store explosives. So you can imagine the cool scenario ideas that can be had from placing a rickety shack filled with gunpowder on your gaming table!
Great work again from the guys at Tercio Creativo

This would be perfect for a shanty town table. That gives me ideas now.
😀 i needed one of this!
Any idea when this is coming out/price? Couldn’t locate any info on their site.
It will be 11,95 € and will be available in November.
Fantastic. Are you a part of Tercio? any plans for more terrain?
Yeah. In fact, I did the Polvorin ;]
Of course there will be more terrains, but I don’t know what would be next.
All it needs is a friendly sign “No smoking within 50ft.”
It’s called a magazine, Andy… Or “Powder Magazine”.
The spanish word is Polvorin, and the french word is Poudrière… It is indeed “the place where you store powder” (the black explosive kind, of course, not make-up or drugs).
