It’s been great to check out your coverage of ‘Nam. Our club has been taking it’s first steps into Flames of War, and though we’ve trudged the muddy trails of the Eastern Front this particular theater has our interest.
This has helped build momentum to a new game for our club, which we usually all jump into at once. Thanks for showing off some of the cool stuff Battlefront has produced, and putting together some top notch vids.
Tanks followed by more tanks, what you can’t shoot, you roll over 🙂
It’s the booby traps that won the war. Tanks? That puts NV on a some what level playing field with the US. Bad move, David.
Who cares, win, lose, tanks are cool.
Warren has no idea what he’s getting into.
Thanks for a great week with many good shows and great unboxings. Keep up the good work guys!
@Dave i think i would go the same way like your army list 🙂 Iam not surprised about warrens list, but his face was quite funny to look at as you told him your options. I think it will be a very interesting game as far i can see it and i hope it will be soon 😉 And about the last idea OMG i cant believe it Warren does it again. 😉 But on a second view it could be a cool idea. Iam looking forward to it too. Oh man i couldnt beliefe it that i would ever… Read more »
warren the idea of starship trooper is great but think of the size scale. the bugs are like 4/5 times the size so you could use the dreadball bug team or evan your tyranids.
Read a little history, man. Like “Vietnam-Inside Story of the Guerilla War”. The US, never had a chance. Is Warren putting together an Air Cav Space Wolves army.?
Bombing just made the Vietnamese mad.
I can’t wait to see a painted miniature game of this.
Epic Tyranids. Or plastic roaches.
Actually, Starship Troopers, did have Air Mobile Cav.
Read a little history, man. Like “Vietnam-Inside Story of the Guerilla War”, by Wilfred G. Burchett.
anzacs – you missed a great opportunity to field an interesting army. centurions! (and not those ‘interesting’ gw ones
It’s good to see FoW gaining a lot more traction. Hopefully it can continue to pick up in the US.
Medivac meets minefield? Could be interesting. I still can’t decide between the 1st Cav, the PAVN or the ANZACs with their Centurions and modded M113s.
I’m with ya on that one. Still completely undecided on what I would want to play.
Completely loving Dave’s list. I might make a few slightly different choices but it does seem pretty versatile.

nice video guys, me and some friends have been playing a game we made up using FOW base rules, but using mini’s from heavy gear, ground force games and even GW, with a little bit of remodeling we got the look we wanted, for sci fi 15mm check out ground zero games and HOF 15mm
An excellent way to end the week and with a rather unexpected ending.
Awesome!
As always another great video
I don’t know much about the other than what I’ve seen this week, but I gotta say that while Warren’s list is impressive, I prefer the style of Dave’s.
Starship Troopers…what I want is a 28mm Blue Gender wargame!
