Fighting for Independence with Boot Hill Miniatures
February 21, 2012 by brennon
Boot Hill Miniatures have added some new models to their Work-in-Progress Galleries from the 1830 war between Texas and Mexico and more. Check them out below...
Superbly detailed models in the works from Boot Hill Miniatures here. Love the attention to detail on everything from their facial expressions down to the clothes they are wearing. Everyone looks unique. This is a theatre of war that certainly needs more focus, and another reason why the 'Wild West' is just so awesome.
What do you make of these new fighters?
That’s nice and a good number to boot.
Not keen on the size of head and hands but apart from a personal taste issue with heroic scale they look like very good models.
Full of character and narrative imho
i was sold when i saw the words boot hill…. maybe a great set of figs for a poker dice game I hear is in the works 😉
Those are very promising.
The Mexican sappers look amazing. As a Texan, I love anything like this. Still, I’m 1/2 way through doing my recreation of the Alamo in 6mm. Grrr. I don’t need more projects.
