Cool video thanks – the start of battle reports???
This is a great game. The family faces dropped on christmas day when I pulled this game out. But within a few minutes we were off the ground and dog fighting it up. Even my 12 year old nephew, who had been plugged into the ps3 most the day was keen to play more games…
Thanks for the fun little intro Vid. guys. Couple of the WWI starter sets at my LGS, might look into this for something to do with the father-in-law.
Where is the best place to buy this now (in the UK)?
Amazon have got the WW2 version but only one left in stock.
I so regret not buying this! I know the local store (that sadly had to close) had some of this stuff. I didn’t really know what it was and how it played, but after seeing this I am going to ask the owner (who now runs a webstore) if he still has something left of this. It would seem the company went broke or something, as I can’t find it anywhere on the webs and the new company hasn’t launched it yet?
You’ve sold me too, looks like great fun. If anyone finds out where you can get a box please post it on here.
@bow you asked what kind of articles we would like to see on this site, well this certainly is one of those types. In a few minutes we got a flavour of the game and could see the possibilities for fun, just wished i could have joined in the dogfight.
So @beerogre can win a game on camera as long as it doesn’t involve dice.
Enjoyed that, I must confess I didn’t really see what the attraction with this game was before, but that looks fun.
Looking around, the starter set with the minis in it is only being produced for ww2 now, the ww1 version seems discontinued.
I’m thinking that X wing is a variant on the same playstyle, being a star wars geek I’ll probably wait for that one myself.
Cool game
Such a cool looking game.
I played this at Salute 12 and it’s so easy you always enjoy it. Thanks.
