Renedra Show There is No Place Like Home

Renedra have released a new medieval cottage to wage your battles around and, after a hard day's slaughtering, return to for a good night's sleep.
This kit was sculpted by Michael Perry and builds into a rather nice building suitable for your medieval gaming sessions.
Anyone looking for a simple cottage? Plenty of opportunities for improvements, no previous owners and located a handy distance from the nearest battlefield.
I like that it’s in plastic. It seems to cover everything from the fence and shed.
Nice quick kits to bash together. Lots of room to add your own adornments and such without spoiling the vision either. A good kit all round methinks.

That looks very nice. Between that, their american farmhouse, and a few rivet strips, I could make some really good warmachine terrain.
Those mdf buildings will have some tough competition from this stuff once more gets released.
Given the modern desire to get a place in the country with character (and other such bollocks driving house prices up) I could see this in a present day quiet little village.
Surrounded by zombies that is. Should make for a lovely shootout diorama.
😉
Only thing that puts me off is the price. £18 probably doesn’t seem too bad, but I can’t help wanting a lot more plastic for my pennies.
I appreciate that this will not be produced in large volumes so I don’t want to be overcritical and am only being tight because that is the nature of my budget.
More objectively it sure looks sweet and i would want a whole darned village.
This would make for a nice trip down memory lane for anyone with some old Crimson Fists and Pedro Kantor.
seems like a nice kit but I feel strange saying that other kits may be a better deal…(eg GW stuff) also the MDF stuff Ive seen also offers more bang for your buck
