Yet More Friends, Romans and Countrymen from Warlord

Warlord have previewed the next plastic miniatures which will be appearing in the Hail Caesar Ancients range. This time it is the Caesarian Romans.
As you can see from these three-ups the Caesarian miniatures's equipment contrasts with that of their standard Imperial counterparts, carrying oval shields and wearing chainmail armour, as well as a different type of helmet.
These can be expected to appear in plastic sometime in 2013 and we can also look forward to a few metal miniatures to back them up with.

Republican Romans. one of the armies I’ve always fancied but never got around to doing.
Could well be a reality with plastic troops.
