An Epic Hero Gets Previewed For Hail Caesar
September 29, 2016 by dracs
Warlord Games have published a preview for a cool new model on it's way to Hail Caesar.
So far, Warlord haven't given any information about just who this figure is. Given the stance and detail, I would say they are definitely a chieftain, possibly Vercingetorix of the ancient Gauls?
All in all, this is a pretty dramatic model and it would be great to see him at the head of an army fighting off Caesar's army.
Of course, I could be wrong, my guess of Vercingetorix is more or less entirely based on my familiarity with this character.
Hmm, I wonder if Warlord would make a miniature of Asterix?
Who do you think this might be?

That is a very nice miniature indeed and Vercingetorix is probably a very good shout as to who it might be.
it does look like Vercingetorix, if it is him i whishe they made the shield to be the same as the one as asterix village chiftain is carried around. because if you remember well it is explaind that is the same shield as carried by Vercingetorix when he was defeated and then pick up by a local villager of Arvern who took it and was later on given to the young chiftein of the village as a gift for helping
Yup, one of my favourite issues. My dad taught me to read using Asterix comics. To this day I still swear in a series of cartoon symbols.
