Some 28mm American Civil War from Steve Barber
March 27, 2011 by beerogre
Steve Barber Miniatures have been going for a bit, but now he has decided to expand his eclectic range to include the American Civil War.
I'm resisting historical gaming as much as I can, but we're due to be having a look at some Napoleonics soon and I'm sure there'll be something there to interest me... still... I can't go increasing the lead pile yet, not before I get the wife some pretty shoes to distract her.
But don't listen to me rambling... go check out Steve's website and see some of his other ranges... like Arabian Knights!

Okay who isn’t whistling “When Johnny Comes Marching Home”? lol
Another great find to bookmark Andy. I know where to go for an elephant if I need a zombie pachyderm for Fear and Faith!
Hope it is okay to show this but for those of us that grew up pre CGI and Haussman was special effects king:

Andy i insist you get excited by historicals…cheaper prices, stupid uniforms, idiot generals and still dam good fun. Just avoid the grognards who are just so boring and Anal they spoil the fun. Of course so many games to choose its hard to pick one. ACW= Fire and Fury for me but Black Powder could by good as well. Nappies is a bit harder…Age of Eagles is a FnF variant well worth looking at
