HeroClix Klingon to Star Trek
September 21, 2011 by dracs
WizKids have a Star Trek board game for all you to boldly go where no man has gone before.
This game is a ship-to-ship combat game using HeroClix starship miniatures and will allow 2-4 players to take on the roles of Federation and Klingon commanders.
What do you all think of this? Does it look worth a try? Leave us your thoughts below.

Looks interesting, I wonder how much it will retail for.
Regardless the most important question is whether I can reenact the battle from Wrath of Khan!
How come its always the original Star Trek series that gets made into miniature games? I don’t think I’ve ever seen a Next Generation or Deep Space 9 series miniature. Deep Space 9 would be the perfect setting for a miniature game. You have the whole Dominion War were its the Federation, Klingons, and Romulans versus the Dominion, Cardassians, and Breen. Oh well, let’s hope they did pretty on the Star Trek minis then they did on Halo.
I’ve read and watched a few reviews about this game, and despite my anger at the changes they made to heroclix and the terrible mini’s released for Halo, this game is on my buy list. I think the best review and explanation of game play can be found on Thedicetower’s youtube channel. It’s an indepth review, and the guy’s at dicetower usually hit the nail on the head when it comes to what you should add to your collection. But Wizkids may be on to something with this title.
definitely looks worth a try…at the right price (and quality)
