Games Workshop Painting Tutorial: How To Paint Bloodreavers & The Bloodstoker
July 9, 2015 by brennon
Another painting tutorial for you this morning as Games Workshop have a look at some of the first Chaos models from the Age of Sigmar Starter Set. Bloodreavers and The Bloodstoker are the focus this time...
These are some bloodthirsty individuals, something you might imagine is quite the theme when it comes to Khorne. I actually can see these barbarians growing on me as models and although I still think The Bloodstoker is a bit boring the actual warriors are more then good enough.
Will you be going with Chaos for Age of Sigmar?

In my opinion the best painting tutorials out there. Well presented and easy to follow.
I wouldn’t say MY tutorials are better, humility forbids it… but here’s one by someone else that’s WAAAAY better :

Agreed, they may have there faults at GW but these are not one of them.
Just wish there were more of them.
Hmmm… As these are oversized, I’m wondering how they would look with ogre heads. I’m not fond of the current tubby ones. May order some bits from this set and experiment.
Bookmarking for later!
Daaaaaayyyyyyyyyyyuuuummmmmm those Buddha guys are amazing. Will say though for a returning to the hobby person like me the GW videos are very nice and easy to follow since I’ve not painted a mini in over 10 yrs.
I’m sure i’ve seen that band before? Just cannot put my finger on it…
..found a picture, but I can’t add it!
Its incredible the amount of detail the new figure’s have an the paint fairly bring this out.
