Very nice work, as always Piers. 29 figures is a small platoon though. I ended up doing 94, (in 28mm) for British Airborne plus supports.

A Red Army rifle platoon is 32 figures… the pic above isn’t all of them, hence the mention of the project log. Those 29 are merely the ones done last week.

Not 94 figures in a British Airborne platoon… thats more like a company.

I have two of those airborne platoons plus supporting units. Must be over 100… then the 5 German platoons and associated support.

I paint all my forces to have 2 to 3 platoons. My Soviets field an entire rifle company… cos… Soviets
