Following a blast of nostalgia that appeared out of nowhere when I discovered an old copy of White Dwarf, I acquired and painted up a couple of old lead giants off Fleabay.  The first one reminded me of Gerry.  The second one looks somewhat like Sir Ian McKellan. 20231027_19144520231107_202206
I hope you enjoy them.  For me they got me out of a painting funk that had lasted since July.

More Wildspire and Gloomhaven: Crimson Scale! Plus a Gloomhaven steampunk guy I painted a few years ago…

Two more mini’s from the Wildspire Hero’s set!
Originally painted them as proxies for Gloomhaven: Crimson Scales.

    Available at Amazon: https://www.amazon.com/s?k=wildspire+fantasy+miniatures

Original Crimson Scales miniatures. OOP, but free files for 3D printing, as part of the game set: https://www.thecrimsonscales.com/

Played a scenario on hard mode. Last enemy was a Spitting Drake. One of them barely made it out alive!

Including this earlier painted Gloomhaven miniature to show off the steampunk base. You can get the steampunk bits on Amazon, make sure you get the smallest size! IMG_6656

I have started painting Samurai again but this time the troops will painted with mismatched armor and clothes . These are FireForge plastic Samurai line and these will be the Hojo clan to be used in skirmish games. IMG_4419IMG_4416

@alfonsothetraitor those turned out great. I picked up a few of the characters from Fireforge’s kickstarter but have yet to paint them.
