Nargiauth from reaper miniatures. This one was a beast to paint. Tried to keep it fiery.
June 11, 2019 at 7:30 am #1403299Been basing my landwher. Just need some Tufts now
June 11, 2019 at 8:17 am #1403302Finished this lovely little Juvenile Glashtin from Krakon Games over the weekend.
They’ve got some really nice sculpts in high quality resin. This one looks kinda cute… until he bites, just like a tiny little blue ringed octopus.
Will fit perfectly at the bottom of the ocean for a Deepwars Game 🙂June 11, 2019 at 9:12 am #1403315I‘m working on some gladiators and still struggling with the nmm
June 11, 2019 at 5:28 pm #1403539@mellett68 I’ll put some more pictures when they are totally finished. I still have to fiddle a bit about artificial water and varnishes. And you’ll get the detail on Bob (the drunken weasel 😉 )
Goog job on your landksnecht otter! I like the colours!June 11, 2019 at 9:07 pm #1403582Latest progress on my K47 USMC army. MEDW Engineering walker conversion. More details in my project Log.
June 11, 2019 at 10:02 pm #1403590Day 4 of 9 off work and I’ve finished the Tharn ladies. Just the mount and the basees to paint.
I’ve finished the Skeletons too. just the bases to go.
I’ve painted the fur on the canines. Tomorrow they become my focus, prioritising the Tharn mount. I’ll paint all the bases for everything at the same time.
The extra shelves for my Detolf turned up today and I installed them. 2 words of advice for anyone planning on doing this@
- If you can install the shelves before adding the sided to the unit, I recommend it. Mine kept creaking and my hands slipped a few times. Every time it made a noise I was convinced glass was about to break and sharp pieces were about to fall around my head and fragile neck
- I bought an extra set of brackets to reposition one of the existing shelfs. The new shelves are larger than the glass ones and so the brackets will not support one of the original shelves.
I might need to start another pr0ject before the week is out. I also want to playtest some games solo so theres that too.
June 12, 2019 at 7:39 am #1403658Still working on my tournament army. I finished yesterday some oldschool Flammers of Tzeentch:
June 12, 2019 at 2:33 pm #1403830Hi all, I still work on my Konflikt’47 project: Division Neuschwabenland. Here is a little work in progress snapshot of my Heuschrecke Panzermech called ‘Anneliese’. I’m not sure which weapons I should give to ‘Anneliese’…
And I think you can’t run a (German) Konflikt’47 project without NAZI ZOMBIES 😀
Furthermore, here are some snapshots of my growing late war Soviet Bolt Action army. I finished the 1/56 Rubicon Studebakers and they will carry my brave soldiers into combat during the next matches. For the windshields I used blister plastic.
Last but not least…the Beauty and the Beast 😀
A mighty IS-2 heavy tank (1/56; Warlord Games) and a female Soviet tank commander (28mm; Bad Squiddo Games)
Hope you like my work.
Kind regards
Krautwerk
June 12, 2019 at 9:13 pm #1403962Ten more Laser Grenadiers done for Dust 1947. This is a group shot of the rest of the platoon and Sigrid.
June 12, 2019 at 11:22 pm #1404017Day 5 of 9 off work. Not a full day’s work as I had friends around for movie night (We started Good Omens). Everything is finished except the basing. I even started work on Scum from the Brewers Guild, so I guess I’m painting them next. They are primed and ready to go.
I put away my painted Mythic Battles: Pantheon minis and look at this. A fully painted core box (and a lot of Pandora’s Box is done too). Isn’t it a thing of beauty? Shame about the plastic trays. Someone should put Mythic and Monolith in touch with KR or Battlefoam and have their big boxes lined with that stuff as default.
June 13, 2019 at 1:24 pm #1404182Back to the Gotham city chronicles stuff. This time 2 Robins
June 13, 2019 at 3:38 pm #1404218Cool work all, it is nice to see all the efforts. Myself I completed four more GW Ogres that I use for Saga.
The banner was especially fun to paint, the orange was so catchy.
June 13, 2019 at 11:24 pm #1404363End of day 6 of 9 off work and I’ve finished some more models:
2x Hounds of Artemis
Lycaon
3x Circe’s Wolves
4x Spartoi with sword
3x Spartoi with spears
Iona the Unseen
Tharn Wolf Rider Champion
I also started work on my Brewers Guild and got in a game of Warmachine
June 14, 2019 at 1:24 pm #1404667Some lovely stuff on here as always. I’ve not uploaded anything to my project in a while as my hobby has taken a bit of a back seat, but here are some WIP photos of the command stand of the 74th Foot. These are the last figures in the battalion so once finished and based up, I’ll update the project and post some more photos. This is my first attempt at painting tartan. If only GW had released a tartan contrast paint…
