    For pike and shot which 17th century and 200 odd years later than lion rampant you might want to look at pikesmans lament which is also by Osprey

    Painting smaller figures is easier than painting 28mm ( well for me anyway). If your desperate and need a badly written tutorial I did this one sometime ago for 10mm

    They look really good. Seems like painting the Travel Battle set can be a fun job. That box was bought too see if my gf might be interested since it contains just a few pages of rules. She’s a bit intimidated by my other rule books.

    And then I have ordered the SPQR-set from the OTT-store. Really wanted those models. 🙂
