There is no ‘official’ NI store anywhere near me, so I don’t have to care which armies or minis are ‘legal’ by their definition, and if someone doesn’t want to play me because my figures aren’t recent releases or not made by Citadel, that’s fine, they don’t have to.

And the rules lawyers and power gamers who tend to proliferate at ‘competitive’ tornaments and who don’t care a whit about background, fluff or the spirit of the game are best avoided, anyway.

@Pagan8ths – Maybe The Powers That Shouldn’t Be at Nottingham HQ saw the early sales figures and had second thoughts about not supporting half the armies….
