@limburger Yes Tainted Grail is 1-4 players. At the moment I’m playing it one player, one character. It’s too early to tell if I’ll struggle in later chapters, but challenges etc do scale with number of characters so I theory it can be played with one character all the way through.

I suspect it depends on what type of encounters there are and if your chosen character can handle them.
Maybe you need 2 to cover both diplomatic and combat encounters ?

I might get to building my droids real soon(tm), so maybe I get my first squad done in two weeks(tm) ?

Ok, so I’ve only managed to get a bit more construction of the Sisters done today, but got the Retributer Sister Superior, three of the Retributers and the Heavy Bolter from the standard SOB squad box completed, and built the rest of the bodies. Interestingly all the Sisters from both sets use the same connecting socket for their backbacks, apart from the body used for the Heavy Bolter in the standard squad. Other than that all the shoulders seem cut the same way so mixing up arms should be a doddle and vastly increases the variety of options you can get out of the two kits.
As is though I fancy seeing how many of the heavy & special weapons I can make use of. Figure that’ll give me a good core to start distributing amongst other squads (I reckon I’m looking at two more boxes of  Retributers and maybe four of SoB’s for a solid core. Admittedly I’ll still need to actually paint them, but still 😉 )

Paint…. just hit them with three colours from an airbrush and your good 😉
