The kids were out at a soft play area for 3 hours this afternoon so I managed to finish my Skitarii and Tech-Priest Dominus.

@limburger that’s just the gryph-hound orange contrast paint applied over a wraithbone undercoat. All the paints used in this army are covered in my project blog (https://www.beastsofwar.com/project/1427037/).

@danlee ooh nice, I’ve got those paints as it looked like the kind of colour I wanted for my spacemarines.

Now to find time between the other armies I’ve got in various station of completion.
I say completion … but most bits haven’t been assembled LOL

@sundancer I’ll need to update my Imperial Crusade project, so will probably add the Sisters to that when  I get around to it. not much painting since my surgeries but a WHOLE lot of building 😉

In any case here’s my progress for today:

Had some  parts I’d been waiting for arrive so got a Chaplain & Librarian built to join the knights of Titan. I quite like how the Chaplain has ended up in full”I find you lack of faith disturbing” mode, but annoyingly I didn’t  have a spare GK termy shoulderpad for the Librarian. Got some ordered now though 🙂

As for the Sisters? Well I built the bodies from the Retributers box  and fully built the Sister Superior and Simulacram  Imperialis from the line squad box. Initial impressions are that I’m impressed. I think once I’m more familiar with the kits they’ll become a whole lot more modular for kit bashing.

@danlee thanks mate, although in truth the spider symbol wasnt too bad. Yeah, I did have to do a lot of tidying up where the symbol goes under the arms as the lines arn’t as well defined as they could be, but in general it was OK. I did think the tongue would get in the way but it’s far enough away frm the body so as not to interfere.

@sundancer excellent work there mate. Those dwarfs look pretty good for gaming pieces and the paint job reinforces that.

Matty wasnt going to let me go through my birthday without getting in a game of Crisis Protocol. Was a chance to give Venom his first run out.
