IS there any terrain in that catacombs box at all ?
All I’ve seen in images is a few bridges and doors …

I got the posters from the ‘Labyrinth’ kickstarter by Simon Stalenhag (you may know him from the art  in ‘Tales from the Loop’ and ‘Things from the Flood’).
It is sooo weird and pretty.
    Proper Science fiction weirdness.

I need to find a way to do those posters justice, because they deserve their own special place.
Given that they are sort of ‘rare’ (not exactly limited edition, but not exactly readily available) I need options that don’t involve sending them half way across the country and all the risks that involves.
Anyone have ideas on that subject ? They are 70cm x 100 cm … so not exactly ‘tiny’ 😀

Might I suggest a sudden interest in greyscale miniatures, @sundancer? Very easy to paint with a few passes of a spray primer. 😛 If it’s any consolation, I won’t get all of my minis painted this year either…I never do. 😛

I do like the look of greyscale minis but I don’t think I want that for my gaming pieces 😉

Good morning… I see I have failed to add music last night. Here you go.

Good morning! That’s more terrain than I thought there was in Warcry but I realise now I was thinking of the first two player box they released. Does it still have to be built in a particular way to play the game as it was with that first box?

Did you decide which of your unfinished projects you were tackling first?

@ninjilly I couldn’t tell you… it only seems to go together one way and it looks like the missions need them to be in a certain shape judging by the art in the back of the book.

No, I’d like to have time and space for the big hex terrain table but that is such a big project it can only be done in the garage. And it’s a bit cold there currently 😉

@sundancer the original warcry set did have terrain that was best not glued together to make the most out of all bits

Looks like there’s not as much vertical terrain this time, but then I guess the board itself is ‘terrain’ now too.

This is what I was thinking about, thanks @limburger

I got a bit more work done on Cypher over the week. Got a project post up, and here’s how far I’ve gotten so far. He’s actually not far from done…but the robes not being painted just makes him look hardly worked on… 😛
