@horati0nosebl0wer – I stumbled across the DOTT minis on Thingiverse a few months ago. I’d love some Full Throttle minis! In fact, I’d happily recreate just about every point-n-click adventure game I played in the 90s in miniature if I could find the .stl files 😉

    [later]

Holy smokes! Look who I just found….

Never played the game, but I do remember that image.

    Earthworm Jim! 8)

Nice to see so much action going on here. My daughters birthday Weekend draws to an end and I’m about to go mental because of to many relatives wanting to visit 😉

Program of the evening: taking the little one to bed, watching XLBS and maybe to some combined painting and streaming. If I don’t fall asleep before 😉

Earthworm Jim takes me back a bit… Hopefully later today I can get the trousers of my hussar done, but we’ll see. Not a very productive weekend for me, if I’m honest. Still ought to do some background stuff for school, but seeing as my uni doesn’t seem to know what it’s doing with courses or exchanges this year, there’s not much I can actually do…

I actually finished my Fallout Wasteland Warefare minis! (ok, they need to be sealed but other then that they are finished)

More work on the project. I’ve figured that throwing a near finished picture of the mini makes for better results in gaining interest.

I’ve missed the deadline for the challenge but this has been good to work through on a mini I wanted to make stand out.

@sundancer – sounds like a great way to close out the weekend.

I’m thinking about putting together a little diorama for my DOTT minis. For no other reason than I can. Or maybe not; I’ve not tried yet! Something like the hallway scene at the start of the game…

More progress on the Celtic Empire… basically have got 10 models done up to the basing and shield stage over the weekend…

@robert I think you could populate half of Wales with your Celts at this point, mate!

@sundancer Those Fallout chaps look good! I’m really getting an itch to branch out into other games beyond the ‘usual’ ones…

@horati0nosebl0wer Can’t wait to see the finished mini! She’s looking good!

Sorry to be tardy to the party, Happy Weekend everyone.

As for the questions, I was always a bit more Marvel, X-men animated series was my favourite, and the post 90’s movie Batmans has been well covered so I’ll answer a little sideways.

Who is your favourite Batman actor? (Who is your favourite bat, man?)

Giant fruit bat, it’s a cute fuzzy flying fox.

Who is your favourite Joker actor? (Who is your favourite joker/actor?)

The combo of Gene Wilder and Marty Feldman has not yet been beaten IMHO.

Which Batmobile is your favourite? (Which Batman vehicle is your favourite?)

The plane that they broke the wings off in dark knight rises. The fact that was a practical stunt still amazes me.

Pledge: I will get the infantry finished and some armour started for my FoW Germans. I’m finding it a bit harder to keep enthused on this but it’s probably a very good exercise for that reason. It also might have something to do with the fact this is the 2nd FoW in succession, also not being ‘My Grandad’s’ army it feels a bit more like work but it’s as important to get done, I’m not doing full SS fanatics so it’s pertinent to remember that almost all the men in every war are just Väter, Söhne und Brüder.

Some work got done on the hussar after all! Just the trousers, for now, but due to the problem of grey on grey for the wool of the trousers I did basecoat in the dolman and pelisse.

@crazyredcoat I believe I need a stick of my own now… and bacon… or maybe some Maori metal. I’ll atleast share the metal.

Ok, you lot are friends so I guess I’ll share some pork goodness
