Good morning chaps. Since RPG fell flat on its face last night (Get well soon @tuffyears ) I was actually able to slap some paint on some metal. Enjoy.

I just didn’t want to cough up a lung in your ear. Trying to take today off as sick is not as easy as that sounds as there is no one trained to do my job.

“Nobody is un-replaceable” said a boss once to me… only to make that statement relative again later. I see your point but if you’re sick you’re sick and you should not go to work and potentially make others sick as well. And there should always be someone with the same training as a backup…. but one is “best practice” the other is “make all the money we can with minimum investment”

I’ve been back at work this week and have been feeling rather tired when I get home so haven’t painted as much as I have been doing. Got a little done though.
