That’s a very secret project there XD

I actually took up a brush.

    And paint.

    And applied it to minis!

    How about that?

@maldroth A Super Double Plus Ultra Secret project that not even Gerry can see? I think you’ve found my method of keeping the Squirrel Lord in the dark as well. Good for you

    Speaking of @avernos

@sundancer Painting with paint AND brushes? What madness is this?

I got the commission stuff done this weekend and was able to hang out with a friend. I also got more commission work in the form of printed filament terrain.

From all the painting I was inspired. I got more ideas… and then regretted the work needed to realize my latest inspiration. Scratchbuilding war machines is not the most intuitive thing but it is manageable. Random watch parts bought in the past are now proving useful.

@horati0nosebl0wer “all the palantirs are not accounted for, we do not know who else is watching…”

    I know! I scare myself! @horati0nosebl0wer

And look at yourself. Getting things done *and* hang out with… people…

I broke down and ordered a Hammers of War: Grimdarkness 40,000 years from now army this weekend! With a commission on the go, and discovering someone I know at my local guitar shop is a player, I might have finally found some people to game with – something I haven’t done in at least 3 years. Moving far into the suburbs kind of sucks for social life.

Thousand Sons masters of blue magick in space are now inbound. I have some cool conversion ideas for the army…

What is the world coming to? It gets cold out and we all get to being productive and social. The Ice Age must’ve been a great time to be a gamer. That era was probably a time of epic opportunity for our hobby.

@sundancer – once you get an airbrush, priming is now a year round thing!

I’ll use varnishes sprayed, but I do those inside as it’s a quick spray.

I have an airbrush. It lives in the garage. Which is outside and not heated.

I swear you need an airbrush hutch sundancer. It could live inside with the rest of the family and hop about without any messes left behind. Your daughter would just love the company and be thrilled to have other girls over and do their nails together.

What I really need is a house. But as things currently are this is getting more unlikely by the day. So lets aim for the next best thing: I need to get everything out of the garage we have been stockpiling there because it’s to big to get thrown into the trash, has still to much value or was just meant to be “sorted out later”

But hello you, let’s have a coffee first before going into rant mode! 8)
