First thing you must do is make your “pledge”. It can be anything gaming related, big or small, and you don’t even have to finish it. No, in here, happiness is the road. Have fun doing whatever it is, but it is not a race. Accompany your work with pictures or we might think you are do something sinister and just using us for cover.

You are also presented with a few questions. It is to get the conversation started. Try and keep your answers ‘conversational’, no text speak, and certainly no “basically”. This is how we all get to know each other better. While you are here feel free to tell us a story, show a picture, joke, tales of love or woe, or just add your own little bit. This is the whole point…in here it is just us.

If you have never taken part before we may bark and bite, but we also like a cuddle! It is all done in the best possible taste and it is character building. feel free to give as good as you get.

A few other things to note: NO RELIGION & NO POLITICS! Glasgow pub rules are in effect. If you need to make a better point then it is fine, but don’t take the piss. And always keep it civil.

Play plenty of music to go with your work. Loud and through proper speakers. Write us a playlist of things we might not have heard before.

Now, after all of that there is only one ‘real’ rule in here and it cannot be broken: NO DICKS! (Exceptions may be made for little fighting men with little plastic/resin/metal wieners)

Friday already, where has my week off gone.

I got my dragon all finished so I think this weekend I’ll get back to painting smaller miniatures, maybe one or two of the nightfolk from Northumbrian Tin Soldier for my new Frostgrave Warband.

…And speaking of Frostgrave, I’m going to set up two separate games, side by side tomorrow evening so the four of us can have two 2 player games on the go at once. I predict chaos ?

Also, more Dishonored 2.

I’ve read a few comments but haven’t posted yet as the only NSFW models I recall were from Citadel’s really old Slannesh line. Also, I’m too innocent for that kind of thing ?

I did, but I get massive anxiety when buying gifts of any sort so I’d rather not participate. It looks like good fun for those who get involved though.

meh … I did miss watching and not finishing them last week though 😉

yes. I think there’s too few NSFW minis.
Maybe we need a company that specializes in that stuff like that shop specializes in extra safe minis ?

yep … I can’t even pick presents for the few people I do know (and I usually get them just the day before ), so I’m not even going to try and do it for a someone from this community. Besides I’m at an age where I’ve already got most of the things I do want, which makes me impossible to buy stuff for.

Anyways … after getting yelled at at work by my boss and his wife I really need my me time, which won’t happen ’til I’ve visited my dad to help him with his groceries and stuff that needs doing.
So … I’m more than a little miserable at the moment. Not sure what I’m going to do next week, probably calling in sick ’til I do.

It’s Tuesday.

@danlee you’re on a role aren’t you?

Tuesdays are weird when it comes to “what to listen to in the background” for me at work. I usually listen to much things on the weekend but when Monday comes around there is “some accumulated” stuff on my podcast list… and at the end of Monday that’s all done. And nobody seems to be releasing stuff on a Tuesday… so I’m pretty much stuck with an empty playlist….

I listen to a lot of podcasts usually when I’m out or doing housework. I really wish I could listen while at work but since I work in a supermarket I think the customers wouldn’t like it. But yes, sometimes the stars align and I run out. Then I either don’t listen to anything and have a break (but outside without earphones in is surprisingly loud), or more often I’ll dive into past episodes or try new podcasts out. Sometimes I’ll even listen to music.

Twilight 2k arrived … it is soo pretty
The playerhandbook looks like a spiffy version of a classic army book. I think only MASH (a rpg not based on the tv-series) had an even better look&feel to it.

Anyways … art is great.

@demonsub the dishonored series is great isn’t it ?
As depressing as the setting itself is there’s also a really consistent theme throughout.
I think in the 2nd one you can catch little vignettes of street singers doing their thing.
The 3rd one (‘death of the outsider’) is a bit different (and it assumes [spoiler] didn’t happen in 2nd).
It also kind of ends the trilogy, but then it was a good ending because there wasn’t anyting new to add.
