    Hey guys,

     

     

    im not an expert painter by any means but looking for helps with base coats, washes and hilgiths for this dude. I’ve already done some work but am not sure what to do next.

     

    I only have GW paints and washed and some army painter dropper bottles of tones

    I’d try and bring the hair colour up a little more (exaggerate the zenithal highlight past what looks realistic) to make it stand out and add some contrast. rest of the mini looks good I think it’s just that the source colours are all so dark that matching them has hidden the work that’s gone into the mini. Basing, once actioned, to add a bit of contrast and ie the minis all together might help make it pop as well. Just my .02
