Minor Bug: "This field can only be seen by me" updating

This is only really a minor thing, but when updating which fields you want to be public/private etc :

Then despite changing it, it’ll still show the old setting until you press the ‘Save Changes’ button at the bottom of the page.  At which point it’ll update properly.

Also it randomly says ‘Tab’ above this for no obvious reason 🙂

(If relevant I’m on Win10 using Chrome version 66.0.3359.181 (64-bit))

And it looks like image uploading isn’t working.
