Does anyone have any recommendations? I know technically any game can be scaled up or down with a little homebrew but I am looking for one specifically written for 15mm.

Fantastic Battles. It’s scale agnostic. Not played myself but there’s a play through on the OTT you tube. Can’t add the link due to my tablet acting up.
