I thought there was a water line version of Warlord’s Sherman DD , or was I imagining things .  Does all the stowage / clutter come molded to the tank or do we  have the option of using all or as little as we like ? Most pictures I’ve seen of DD tanks on the beach show little stowage . Also , is there any aftermarket DD parts ( canvas sides , props , etc ) available as a resin or pewter kit ? I’m thinking a kit bashed plastic M4A4 might look better than the long in the tooth resin tanks.

I know Rubicon Models do 1/56th LVT kits with a waterline option (perhaps you are thinking of those coming out in the distant past), I don’t think Warlord did a Sherman DD with the skirts “up” and a waterline option on the hull. I checked on the Warlord “articles” pages (usually even if a model been discontinued they show up here (as Warlord tend to do them if they release a new model), and no sign,

I think Urban Construct might have done one (with the screens up) AGES ago, but I don’t think they are trading anymore 🙁

I was sure there  was a waterline version  . Maybe it was a picture someone submitted to the Warlord forums . I was hoping because Warlord does 3 versions ( waterline , pontoons attached , & no Pontoons ) of the Japanese Ka Mi . I wonder if there are any other resin versions of the DD or maybe a 3D print file ? It’s not the 1st time I’ve had an idea for a diorama  that  has not come to pass due to there being a gap in the vehicles and detail parts  available to us in 1/56 .
