This is perfect, so I had to share.

Question 1: 20 points because you didn’t suggest Klingon or Dothraki!
Question 2: Yeah but we still call it English and not common. City speak sounds like something a racist cop would say, lol. 10 points.
Question 3: 15 points. Your more in my camp with podcasts, videos and tv.
@crazyredcoat <40 points>
Question 1: 15 points. It really can be argued as a real language. Which is pretty cool. Like Tolkien’s Elvish.
Question 2: Valid point on the vagueness. Accurate with common, but I think a more creative name could be conjured. Like ‘Low Gothic’ or ‘High Gothic’ in Warhammer 40,000. 10 points.
Question 3: Do you listen to music while you hobby? If so, what do you listen to specifically for hobby? And if not, why?
Share some of said music. 15 points.

That’s some amount of gardening you used to do. Love the idea of growing herbs as I am getting back into cooking. Nice pic of the garden, 10 points for sharing.

It is indeed Huttese. 10 points
@limburger <50 points>
Question 1: 25 points for a most excellent choice! The Children of Tama would be proud.
Sokath! His eyes opened!
Such an iconic episode.
> Question 2: It would be boring to be fair. Then again ‘The Crippled Tongue’ could be an excuse to celebrate bad accents. Its nobody’s language and we all have different accents speaking it. I like the idea of a dignified Elven noble talking like Borat. 15 points.
> Question 3: I don’t listen to music while I hobby, because listening requires that I pay attention to it.
I merely use it as background noise.10 points

30 points for the work.
June 1, 2019 at 6:37 pm #1398086Back in a while. Also I wont be hosting next weekend, I will be taking a break.
June 1, 2019 at 6:37 pm #1398087@mage There is quite a plethora of music that I slide through at the moment. 😛 Here’s a bit of a selection.
And other assorted works… 😛
June 1, 2019 at 6:50 pm #1398090June 1, 2019 at 7:28 pm #1398113June 2, 2019 at 9:13 am #1398362@mage that wasn’t me. We can all thank @tuffyears for the brilliant fireslayers. Although for the record I have seen the new Gotrek model and it is amazing. I love Gotrek and have all the William King books. Including a signed Beastslayer. Chances are he will be joining my Stormcast.
I did manage some hobby. Finally got round to assembling the following models from Conquest. Seeing they would be my 3rd copies of each I converted them all.
June 2, 2019 at 9:57 am #1398390June 2, 2019 at 10:44 am #1398482@mage i got the fyreslayer box on the 28th , so all was painted with in the last two weeks
June 2, 2019 at 10:46 am #1398483June 2, 2019 at 10:53 am #1398484June 2, 2019 at 10:55 am #1398485@mage by “crapped out” I just mean every time I had a day lined up to paint my body was not up to the work needed to set up / access my painting area. Unfortunately that’s rolled over to this weekend as well >_< hopefully I can try and get some painting some after the surgery whilst recovering (although they’ve said not to stay stationary for long….). As is though here is what I’ve gotten built for my Raptors Battalions:
Primaris Captain from Conquest with auto bolt Rifle and the anniversary Primaris Sgt as my regular Primaris Lt, who can sub in as the Stalker Bolt Rifle if needed:
Intercessor Squad with Auto Bolt Rifles – brings me up to three squads of Intercessors and opens up the prospect of using the Ultima Crusade Veterans rules from Vigilus Defiant – mainly the Grey Shields warlord trait and the Bolt Storm & Rapid Fire strategems…
And lastly 2 squads of 5 Reivers, one set up for close combat the other armed with Bolt Carbines. The Carbine squad I’m ust waiting for some more Mk VI “beaky” helmets to arrive as I think they look great on the Phobos armour and fluff-wise it fits how the Corvus armour was more stealthy than other marks, and the helmets contained dedicated auto-sense suites for infilitrators…
Now I do have bits for 5 Tempestus Scions that I’m going to play around with a bit later to build a 2nd Tempestor Prime and a Scions command squad. And whilst I’m recovering I might play around with some of the Primaris characters – I’ve got a spare Captain from Conquest, 2 spare Phobos Captains, a Phobos Lt, a spare Command sprue from Conquest and spare of the Apothecary & Chaplain kits. Also loads of spare bits so might play with making some characters from other chapters as the Raptors are looking pretty healthy right now (other than, you know, the lack of paint…).
Also:
@mage sadly the Intercessors weren’t that great a deal, but I saved a couple of quid on buying from a shop. And give yourself a cookie for that Prowlstator shout out 🙂 Digging your Minotaurs as well. Coming along nicely@crazyredcoat that Ultrasmurf Legion Officer is spiffy. Might see about giving the one I’ve got lying around the Tartarus Plasmablaster…..
@limburger I dig those Enforcers as they are perfect for Inquisitoral Troopers, so I think I might be picking up 6 boxes worth….. oh yeah, and I really dug that Blackstone Fortress expansion – I was wondering how we were going to get those characters from the Combat Arena game and I really want that Primaris Psyker for my Guard.
And Activision? Making a shameless grab for customer wallets? You don’t say….Sorry for the sarcasm, I just have to laugh now anytime Activision or EA do some thing so blatant – bearing in mind Activision still want you to pay £20 for the original Modern Warfare, a game that’s 12 YEARS OLD. I get making a return on your investment, but this is a franchise that’s made hundreds of millions of dollars, yet they still want you to pony up £40 for an iteration that’s 6 years old. And that’s the digital version mind, so it’s not like they’ve not already covered the production costs years ago….
June 2, 2019 at 10:58 am #1398487Also, how depressing is it to see Black Library preparing 20th anniversary editions of Trollslayer and Space Wolf, when you brought the originals on release? Hint – VERY….
(But does remind me I have the old Dragonslayer Gotrek & pals diorama I’ve never done anything with around here, ditto the Gotrek/Bugman/Grombrindal Dwarfstar set… Actually, I think I might have the original Gotrek & Felix models around here somewhere as well. Now THERE is a project idea – Ages of Gotrek….)
