Oh, and a couple of things to update:
Had a cracking day in terms of goodies from the postman – Not only the latest 4 issues of Conquest (another apothecary for the bits pile!), not only my pre-order of the latest book for Infinity, Daedalus Fall, but also a surprise delivery from Modipius containing some unexpected goodies from the Infinity RPG: Location and Wildernesss of Mirrors card decks, Mercenary dice set, Cost of Greed mini-campaign, and the sourcebooks for Pan-O, Aleph and the Nomads. Very unexpected as I thought I’d only paid shipping for one more package, so was expecting these when the final set of books were completed. As is I think I’ll be spending my evening delving into some sweet, sweet lore (Yes, I forked out for the entirety of the Infity RPG purely because I wanted to delve into the fluff. Yes I am out of my godsdamned mind 😛 )
Oh, and I finished the painting on these big lads at 01:00 this morning. I’m now cracking on with assembly before i head out for a second watch of Endgame 😀
Whelp, that’s the Knights up to a standard I’d be happy to put on the table. Still need to apply transfers at some point, and could probably do with going back to the bases at some point (got a pack of grass tufts around here somewhere…)
Oh, and finished listening to the Audible version of the latest book in The Expanse, Tiamat’s Wrath, and it was a good’un. Also started in on Our Martyred Lady audioplay from Black Library, with a delightfully dry Catherine Tate as Inquisitor Greyfax (best line so far as Greyfax speaks with a subordinate – “Do you have any weapons?” “Only my wits.” “So disarmed then.”).
