@sundancer I was never into transformers, only ever had one transformers toy and that was because it turned into a train!  Why are people putting them on desks?

@robert why do people put anything on the desk that has no real use? To look at it 😉

@robert I don’t get the transformers either … but then I rarely get any of these toy hypes, so *meh*
I think it’s because I thought it was silly to spend a lot of money on bits of plastic.

( *eh* … do not look at the big pile of plastic&metal kits … that’s completely different … )

    Rock on!

@tuffyears : that abandon dude looks great.

    And the obligatory :

And that is that everyone. I cannot really host this weekend, I have my son tomorrow on his Easter holidays from school (that is a thing here in the Republic of Ireland)

I may or may not go over rupees and declare an overall winner aka winner with points and overall winner. Its a tradition on the thread but its painstaking and quite honestly does not count for site wards. But I may do it!

Aerials how long should they be for a 15mm tank.

@sundancer they do have a campsite, although why any sane person would do that eludes me.
    FYI  https://www.elfia.com/en/travel-and-stay/campsite/

@tuffyears I think half of that should be enough, because at scale these look ridiculously long.
OTOH … maybe they are that long in real life too ?

    Here’s a bit of interesting info :

#11 The Radios: The Sherman Tank Had Some Of The Most Advanced Radios In The World At The Time

Because physics dictates antenna size there probably isn’t much modern tech could do to reduce their size.

    https://www.popularmechanics.com/military/research/a20576/the-tank-is-its-own-antenna/

It kind of looks like the lenght is good.
So maybe the question should be : is it not too fragile when used for wargaming ?
