It’s been almost two weeks now and I’m quite impressed with my Anycubic mega. I had a few failed prints at first due to issues with adhesion but a raft seems to have sorted out that problem quite nicely.

The quality, has impressed me. I had reasonably low expectations so as to avoid disappointment but this FDM printer is performing better than I had hoped.

Just a bit of an update to this thread really for anyone who is interested.

I actually got an Ender 3 for Christmas. So far I’ve been loving the printer, didn’t take too long at all to build, I’d guess about half an hour to an hour or so. Took a bit of guess work to get it to start printing well but now I’m really happy with my results. It was mainly bed levelling issues I was running into.

Printed a bit of basic terrain for FoW and Gaslands etc amongst a few other things. Just started one of my biggest prints today. Nearing the end of my first reel of PLA, I’ve got two more reels waiting to go, thought I’d test out a few different brands and colours and see how they come out.
