People need to remind themselves that companies like GW are not and will never ever be our friends.
Even the best and friendliest in the industry are only friendly because it suits them at this time, but it won’t last forever.

There is the news that they are relocating to a new / bigger warehouse.
Maybe they have taking stuff off-line while they’re moving ?

General opinion from independent stores I’ve spoken with is they’ve been advised there will be no second wave and Cursed City was always going to be a limited run thing.
I think, as others have said, there’s been some break down in internal communication somewhere in GW about what to say to people online.
I’d really like to hope there will be a second wave, as there seems to be quite a few disappointed people out there who didnt manage to get one or held off thinking there was no rush.
For anyone still after a copy, you could always try your luck winning this one… there’s still a bit of time to enter ?

On Sunday a local store had 2 copies left after purchasing one myself (I was unable to secure one via OTT). If someone is really interested in getting a copy I can make a call to check if they are in stock and reserve one or both and pick them up etc. I’m based in Ireland so shipping cost would have to be added but it was retailing at €155. I’d hate to see anyone genuinely miss out or be forced to go scalper route so I’m offering to pick up and post (again if they are still available) to anyone who truly would like a copy and obviously willing to cover retail price & post.

There are different rumours going around and also G’Wullu is deleting old social media post where they (or their team) confirm that CC will be a long running thing…

Baseline is: G’Wullu does the worst job possible in being up front of what is happening. They pretend it never happened but the internet never forgets…. but the fanboys will. And when great G’Wullu pushes the next FOMO-Hypetrain they will flock again…
