    That’s a great looking table, @madasaskaven.  Looks like the Orne river (foreground) – Horsa Bridge … and Caen Canal / Pegasus Bridge in the background?

    Yeah, people always forget there were TWO bridges in play that night …

    Yes Oriskany your right. I’ve been there 4 times over the years and always stop for a cuppa on my way past. Thought we’d have a rest for the weekend from AWI and have some fun back in WW2. Should be interesting with 3 per side. Let’s hope the dice gods are on my side on Saturday. ?

    Well game day has been and gone. The British surrender both bridges after putting up a terrific fight to the death. However moral dropped to 0 and the German army marched the British survivors away to a POW camp, and the 21st Panzer is released to drive the British back in to the sea. Great game, took 6 hrs and much laughter and crying in equal amounts.
