Can you help? Need a good chair for hobby/work

Thanks for the comments in this thread guys, really useful!

I suffer from sciatica if I have been sat in one position for too long (easy to do when working from home, then some painting, some games you can end up hardly moving for 10 hours or more!) I can end up totally crippled and in agony for several days.

So I’ve found having an alarm or watch that buzzes at you to stand up every hour really helps, try and walk around a bit and stretch etc. Then a ‘proper’ office chair or something where you can put your feet flat on the ground helps. Also try and position the light for your painting so it’s over your shoulder and you don’t need to stoop over to paint.
