Blockqoutes not formatting correctly

Not sure why 3 columns were created instead of honoring the carrier return and line feed of the pasted text.  IMHO, something is wrong with the CSS for the blockqoutes tag.

I am using a fully patched Windows 10 Pro and the Edge browser and it looks bad to me.

The same issue seem to happen in all browsers.  I used this site for testing
