Best practice – Splitting the Rogue Trader box

Hi all, this weekend I and a friend are getting Rogue Trader between us. Him for the Imperials, me for the chaos.

Those bits are easy, it’s the rest that is tricky. In our case he owns the rulebook and the skitari half of the main box. I own no specific kill team stuff yet.

How would you split the non codex or minis based on the above?
