We kind of know the deal with FFG by now when the run silent on something for a long time. It’s a shame, but it is what it is.

At a recent local convention there was a trader dumping v1 Xwing and Star Wars Destiny dice sets.
I wouldn’t be surprised if they’re cancelling support for Destiny (or at least downgrading it to ‘life support’ status).

X-Wing V1 were dumped at Essen by Asmodee themselves…. a C-ROC Cruiser for 7 (SEVEN) Euro…. the V2 Version is 90 Euro…

7 Euro ? *ouch* …  you would have enough to buy the upgrade kit for that one. Those big ships make for great display pieces (I got the Tantive IV).

I didn’t recognise the v1 ships. Definitely no X-wings or Tie-Fighters, but that sort of size.

€7 is nuts. Over the past few months I have picked up all my Destiny starers for around 5-6 Euro/Pounds and the market has pretty much collapsed for older Destiny products while its near impossible to buy singles for newer ones at remotely sensible prices because there is so little product around.

Unfortunately FFG seems to have a few issues at the moment across the board.

Yeah… maybe it’s the “Curse of Me” again… I went all in with Star Wars Pocketmodels and WizKids went belly up. I bought Star Wars LCG and FFG discontinued the product… I got into Imperial Assault and Asmodee Germany stopped translation and FFG scaled production way back…. the only thing seemingly not affected was X-Wing…. until V2 came XD

I’m a curse! I will kill Legion and Battletech!
