When you set up for shots like these do you use special light and a digital camera, or just use work light and the camera in your cellphone?

I just use my paint station lights on is a bright white the other is a warm tone. and as far as camera I am using a Canon Power Shot A3100is it also has a video option that i used in the past but now it does not look the sam as it did back in the day when I used it to shoot videos for my YouTube channel.
