Looks to be in the same price and format as the 40K version and currently only available in the North of England, where they seem to be trialling it (which they did for Conquest).  First issue is only £2.99, so a bargain if you live in the trial area.

Subscriptions are already available and I have signed up (I’m a sucker for this sort of thing :o)

Yeah, I’m gonna hazard a guess that this won’t launch nationally until after Conquest has run it’s course.

    Looks good though.

@jamjarst I might have been tempted to sign up as well.  I would spend more in a week on take out coffee, so this is slightly better value than a hot laxative in a paper cup 🙂

@dawfydd I agree.  If it follows the course of Conquest it might be worth signing up for the subscription anyway, as you ended up getting the first few issues for free, if I remember correctly.  Not 100% sure when Conquest is due to finish but I would think sometime next year.

Currently looks like March is the last month for Conquest (although I’ll be surprised if they didn’t find a way to extend things by a few months to fit in the Shadowspear sprues)

As a Conquest subscriber, I’d happily extend my subscription for the Shadowspear sprues.

@robert @dawfydd agreed re Shadowspear marines. I’d be tempted by this. Strange they didn’t include paints this time. Then again I’m sat on a barrel full of gold, blue and black paint. More brushes always welcome.

I guess id have to see the what you get poster before deciding on getting it.

    That looks pretty interesting.

But alas, it is UK only.

So far. Conquest has been slowly rolled out to other countries and I’d imagine this will do the same if the interest is there. If not there is always the option of asking a friendly CoG to order and forward it on for you, or to use somewhere like Forbidden Planet.

Doubt I’ll dip at these the way I did Conquest for Kill Team models but given the intro prices these typically comes with, seems a good deal to through down for some paint/fantasy RPG figures to add to the collection.
