A problem occurred so reloaded

i am accessing  the site though my IPad and having it stop working every few minutes and showing the message

“A problem occurred with this web page, so it was reloaded ”

this has made it impossible to access video content, no weekender for me ?.

I am using safari and this problem seems to have coincided with the ott update.

Have now also tried Firefox on the iPad, same issues. ?

try clearing the cache on your browser’s mate and see if that makes a difference.

Sad to say it’s not fixed, well aware the problem may be ( likely is ) at my end. But it is really effecting my enjoyment

it happens sporadically but always once in a ten min window

it happend while I typed out this ?

Ok lets get you sorted mate 🙂

1) What version of iPad and what version of the OS are you using

2) What browsers have you tried (Have you tried google chrome?)

3) Is it any page or just specific pages causing the crash?

iOS 10.3.3. (up to date) on a generation 4

not tried chrome so will give it a go

and it’s all over the site, and not getting it on other sites I use regularly

Maybe stop using an Ipad or even an android device and use a proper computer.

Had the same problems on my android device and now dont even bother using it.

Switched to my laptop and had no problems.

All well and good if that was a option @urbanwarrior but I don’t have a pc in my work space and the iPad means I can be anywhere and still got my OTT hit lol.

i have had trouble free beasts for quite some time on the iPad and am wanting to continue.

Have just downloaded it @warzan, will try caching up on the weekender and see what happens.

will say it seams so much faster to load on chrome, so that’s a good thing ?

Ok so I may have found the root of the problem, good old google ?

It seams there is a glitch in the iOS 10.3.3 that means it will not clear the web data fully. And as a result I would believe that’s where the problem lies.

Thank you for your help @warzan and I hope it’s fixed soon (but it’s apple so may be a while)
