Gallipoli Masterpiece by Wargames Illustrated – Salute 2011
March 13, 2012 by beerogre
It's 12'x5'... It took the skilled hands of Grand Manner months to craft into the magnificent spectacle that you see before you!
The table was packed all day with drooling onlookers watching the epic action...
In terms of terrain I would hazard to say Wargames Illustrated's table was probably the centrepiece of the whole exhibition.
If you were at Salute 2011. What was the terrain highlight for you?
that looked amazing. shame i couldn’t go to see it and the other cool stuff in person.
Stunning work! Very nice job.
only thing i can say about that is
“WOW”
“despleyed”? o0
Cracking board though.
I am really impressed!
I mean wow… I can’t even imagine the effort it must have taken to do a project like that.
Would love to have seen that table.
Grand piece of work!
Thanks for posting the pics and video.
I was there and that was definately my terrain highlight. After meeting you guys there this was the best thing i saw!
damn. some nice playingfield!
Not sure the same could have said the same about the actual battlefield!
Was horrendous from what I gather.
but yes, this would be a temendous table to play on!
One of the best and historically accurate boards ive seen. I would so love to play on that!
