Really looking forward to this… Dave, please tell me how to deal with dug-in infantry… I need your wisdom… and a Breakthrough gun!
Ah pay back she is so fun hahaha its going to be great I can tell you that !!
Good to see this back, one of my favourite series on BoW.
Too…. much….
Brain…. can’t…. handle…..
…too…. many…awesome…games…to….play
YAY fowftw is back again ! cant wait to get stuck in with you guys
FoW FtW . . . the series that got me into BoW in the first place. Can’t wait to it come back for another great season! 😀
Can’t get enough FOW FTW
Like Oriskany, I too was finally lured in by FoW FtW series, so this new season is awesome news!
And yeah, I agree on the sentiment that new players can be a really refreshing wild card when using units in unexpected (often hyper aggressive) way.
I’ve got a fever …
… and the only perscription is …
… MORE FW FTW!!!
Looking forward to this one. 🙂
Yes! Warren … Any chance you and Dave could include a mini campaign? Now that would be a blast. Keen to do one myself but not sure where to start.
that sound good.
@warzan Love it when I hear you talk like a born again wargamer. There are certainly a lot more people in the hobby trying different genres these days.
Nam Week was what got me well & truely hooked on FOW FTW. I’ve loved each & every episode guys. I am really looking forward to the new series.
cant wait for this , im painting my army right now
Nice to see more FoW content.
Good point about the dealing with dug-in infantry; situations like that really highlight why combined-arms approaches generally work best in this game.
Crazie German likie likie!!!!!
I love this series. So excited to watch season three. Thank you for continuing the love for FoW
Cannot wait for this. Its going to be awesome.
Still not playing the game, but I’m looking forward to the new shows.
Been sat in bed all day and started watching the last series when I ran out of Infinity videos to watch – not a FoW player. I might be soon. I suspect subliminal broadcast technology, but my wife says it’s because you have tanks in it! Seriously, I didn’t think FoW had that ‘scope’ to how you can play it – very impressed. My complaint is directed to Dave when he is in uniform. When you wear the uniform you must behave in a way that does not dishonour it. Hands do not go in pockets (you might be having… Read more »
Awesome I am really looking forward to this! Are you going to be playing a game at the end to put all the tips into practice? That was one of the best bits of the first season seeing all your work coming together at the end when your tournament armies faced off against one another!
I’ve been watching the back catalogue for this series and it’s really tempting me to play. I love seeing Warren’s enthusiasm for this game. It’s as big a recommendation as anything anyone has said.
Are we going to get a little more history on the tactics of each side in this series? E.g. did the Soviets use their numerical advantage to hit one point or try and spread the oppositions lines before striking? I’m curious to know if the units available actually model the tactics of the day particularly well?
My apologies to Warren if that last paragraph offended 😉
so gald to see FTW back!!!
