Battlefront Release Battle Of The Bulge Flames Of War Armies

Battlefront Miniatures are releasing a couple of new limited edition Army Sets for 15mm wargame, Flames Of War. Each of these has been designed to commemorate The Battle Of The Bulge and features the Allied and Axis fighting through the cold winter of 1944 and 1945.

101st Airborne Division // Flames Of War

There are two options for you to choose from when it comes to snapping up these Battle Of The Bulge sets. You can either go for the 101st Airborne Division and perhaps indulge in a bit of Band Of Brothers-style action on the tabletop or you can go with the 26. Volksgrenadier Division.

26. Volksgrenadier Division // Flames Of War

The 101st Airborne Division was tasked with defending the city of Bastogne during the offensive in 1944 and funnily enough, the 26. Volksgrenadier Division was then told to push through the US lines and get to Bastogne.

Not only did they have to contend with the Allied army by mines, felled trees from the forest and more that was left behind by retreating Germans! This should set the stage for a pretty fun clash between you and a friend when diving into Flames Of War.

Both of these sets are available right now alongside a set of terrain that would set the scene for The Battle Of The Bulge.
