Happy Sunday!!!!
Happy Sunday…
Watching Codebusters explanation segment, I felt like I was watching an episode of “8 out of 10 Cats does Countdown”….Leaving me with the disturbing picture of Warren being a combination of Rachel Riley and Suzie Dent….with Justin being Joe Wilkinson.
That has either destroyed some of my happier daydreams or made them a hell of a lot sexier!
Happy Sunday! from the U.S. just finished watching SATs weekender. Will try to catch this one later today after i get some sleep. Stayed up till 01:18 finishing up 9 Rohan Royal Guard.
Happy Sunday Lads. Always a pleasure spending time with you
I liked Warren’s excel thing. Is google slides a new thing? I hadn’t heard of that before. Least I dont think so
Be interesting to see how the play testing of the cards go
Warren on a beach, watch out for the Japanese guy with a harpoon – wee bastard is always chasing me when I go but better than the bunch of hippies who throw water over me and then try and put me into the sea!
lol
Give this man a biscuit!
Oh wait, on secound thought… maybe not.
Celery sticks only, thanks!
Happy Sunday!
Just outside London the air is tasting cleaner and the lack of traffic and aircraft noise is noticable and welcomed compared to the ‘before times’.
Time to hobby…
Happy Sunday, Line 21 of the spreadsheet spelling…….sorry OCD pedantry wouldn’t stop me looking at it (I say please to the screen when Justin demands the dice to undertake his next Alpha Strike in the older Let’s plays…). But I am enjoying the info on how you are going about it! Back to watching it now
Format works well guys, stay safe
Happy Sunday all!
Enjoy and stay safe!
Morning everyone. Im sat here like most missing playing wargames against my mates, painting through my back log of figures. I came across on wargame vault a print and play set of cards called hostile. These alow you to play a two player game solo. Not as good as a real person, but at this time anything that keeps us active in the hobby is a good thing. Thanks guys for keeping broadcasting, its now my highlight of the week to feel like im interacting with fellow gamers with the same passion.
Happy Sunday
Empty shelves to the left of me, no toilet rolls to the right.
Here I am, stuck in the Lidl with flu
Happy Sunday everyone. Nice to get a show together and I thought the format well. perhaps you might consider awarding additional Golden Buttons? There are more of us at home and actually producing hobby for a change so it might be a nice incentive for us all to post what we are doing.
Well done fellas – great show despite the apocalypse!!!
Just a thought- I’d love to see a series on how to game remotely and which of the various VOIP or remote meeting apps would you recommend. I’m trying to sort an RPG session tonight over Discord and it’s been a long journey.
Stay healthy and safe guys – happy Sunday
discord, get yourself a dice rolling bot for it like sidekick or diceparser. and away you go
Don’t mind me, I’m scribbling notes in the background.
Yes, yes, go on…….
Happy Sunday! BTW Lloyd is the MAN! I have been searching for horses to stock a cattle car for my ACW train (actually a toy train purchased with a savvier post Christmas discount that I have been converting/re-painting in 28mm).
Cool, hope u find them.
Sure did, Amazon $12.95 but I wouldn’t have found them if you didn’t show me where to look. Thanks again! Martin
My wife was watching the show this morning with me and said, “I saw a bucket load of those plastic horse barrels just the other day”!
To which I said,”good gawd woman, buy them up, we’ll corner the market”! (missed cornering the market on TP earlier). ?
She asked why I needed them. I replied,”SAGA”, throwing my arms in the air ‘Lloyd Style’ and raising my voice but not to a yell. ?
SAGA!
Did you say SAGA just as an example?
Last week’s codebuster was great fun. And the lads were right. Working from home and homeschooling. But they were no help. Disruptive little gits.
@warzan keep em coming they’re saving my sanity
Yay happy Sunday.
Stick a pillow on your seat @warzan ?
Fab XL guy’s.
The format is working gentlemen. ??
Keep churning out that content.
I would be interested in watching a remote “Let’s Play” tabletop game. There’s got to be a way to do it. You know, where you still use Miniatures on the table. Maybe the host has the minis and a couple of Web Cams to switch between and the other player tells the host where to move his pieces to on the table?
Just an idea……
I’ve thought about this and I think a game like black powder, blücher, something like that would work best. We’re the orders are given to units and then a card drawn or roll shows how far they go. It removes the need for the players to be able to accurately measure ranges, instead ordering the light horse to advance into the valley on the right flank and hold is sufficent
@avernos Someone on the Honour games facebook page was talking about doing Blucher online
https://youtu.be/1Saqxq9yIfI
Well you could do something via Tabletop Simulator and stream that perhaps. There’s even been a Core Space one put out (with Battle Systems permission), along with lots of other boardgames and boardgames with minis (however not sure which have the creators permission).

Sooo… Hobby hang out week?
Anyone having father ted flash backs with this ep with My lovely horse(s)…
Awesome stuff guys. Kerpin up the good fight against the madness ! Great idea with the Dyno printer for the cards. Between vids from you guys and the disco inferno it’s keeping me sane(ISH) I think eveyone is trying to see what Gerry has on the shelves….. But then no point, because Gerry probably has everything somewhere. ? Thinking what’s also behind Lloyd, but prob saga stuff lol
Might be?
for Lloyd and the gang.
